Prior to joining Aon, Regina served as a Senior Vice President for Marsh & McLennan, primarily doing account executive work for financial institutions as well as multi-national accounts.  She was also part of Marsh & McLennan’s Risk Evaluation Group, specializing in due-diligence analysis for buyout companies and private and public investment groups.

Prior to Marsh & McLennan, Regina spent a number of years in Ernst & Young’s Risk Management Consulting Division.  As a manager for E&Y, she was responsible for auditing major insurance programs, providing a thorough review of the company’s risk management operations and financial structure, providing alternative risk financing strategies, managing the broker selection process for major accounts and when necessary, acting as the surrogate risk manager.

Regina began her insurance career with Frank B. Hall and has a New York and Connecticut Broker Licenses. She served on the board of the: Largest Cooperative within the US.; Castle Gallery, College of New Rochelle; President – College of New Rochelle Alumni Board. She has a Bachelor of Science from the College of New Rochelle, New York and a Master of Science from Brooklyn College.
